Vehicle side slip inspection table

Double-plate linkage side sliding table with mature technology, excellent manufacturing process, mass production for many years, and stable quality. The products are sold at home and abroad and can work reliably and stably for a long time. When testing the vehicle with double steering axle, after the front steering wheel passes, the pneumatic high-precision quick return locking device is used to make the slide plate return to the rear steering wheel. The frame is a whole box structure welded by 18-gauge channel steel, with high strength and small height dimension with 300mm relaxation version.

Description

The side slip test bench is a dynamic testing instrument for the front wheel side slip of the car, measuring the size and direction of the front wheel side slip by measuring the left and right movement of the sliding plate, with a double-plate linkage structure, wide plate, with relaxation plate.

  • Double-board linkage synchronization error <±08mm (national standard <±0.2mm);
  • 6mm thick WISCO high quality steel plate bending high strength table body, slide plate, strong impact resistance;
  • High precision roller, slide plate sliding easily, horizontal initial tension <25N (national standard 2N);
